Six months after relocating to Houston I was blessed to have the opportunity to fulfill my life long dream of opening my own salon. When I moved to Houston I knew no one aside from my cousins. I built my clientele from nothing using in-person marketing and social media. I would say about 80% of my clients were from building an audience of people that were local to my salon on Facebook. Although I can be an introvert and struggle with talking to strangers, I did know I absolutely had to do in person marketing. In my opinion in-person marketing is the best thing to do if you want quick results.
